WEEREAS, The Department of Health and Social Services is
requesting the Plan Commission to outline any specific hazards
which may affect the health and safety of the residents in the
proposed community based residential facility located at W185
S6983 Gold Drive, and
WHEREAS, The Building and Zoning Inspection Department has
reviewed this request and will submit the attached request form.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission sees no
specific hazards as is indicated on the attached request form.
