WEEREAS, It is now proposed to plant shade trees, a medium
sized vegetable garden and a wild flower garden along the park
walk area, and
WHEREAS, The front yard will have a shade tree surrounded
by a flower garden and shrubs in the front of and along the side
the garage
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the landscape plan of the property located at W209 S10549 Valerie
Drive.
