PCR1986079(AMENDED) RESOLUTION #P.C. 79-86 APPROVAL/DISAPPROVAL OF REVISED SKETCH CRIMSON MEADOWS WHEREAS, The sketch of nine lots has been submitted and approved in Resolution #P.C. 69-86, and WHEREAS, This approval was subject to increasing lot 1 to include 110 feet average width and a 40 foot right of way dedication from lot 8 abutting the Budish property, and WHEREAS, The sketch now shows a 30 foot road dedication which is requested by ordinance. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission APPROVE the nine lot subdivision which approve/disapprove includes the 110' average width on lot 1 and the 30' road dedication for Bay Lane. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the driveway access on Lot 1 exit on to Sandy Beach Drive. Adopted 6/3/86 Defeated Deferred Plan Commission City of Muskego Is 6/86 (AMENDED 6/4/86)
