WHEREAS, James b Vicki Wolak, W187 S6444 Gold Drive have
requested permission to construct a 20' x 20' second garage
structure on their property, and
WHEREAS, The applicants have submitted construction plans
for the second garage structure, and
WHEREAS, It does not appear that such garage would have a
substantial adverse affect on the property value or reasonable
enjoyment of the surrounding properties in this RS3-OED District.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego Architectural Control Board, does hereby approve
the request of James 6 Vicki Wolak to construct a 20' x 20'
second garage structure at W187 56444 Gold Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the height of this structure
shall not exceed 15'.
