WHEREAS, The Subdividers Agreement has been submitted by
Robert Klenz, developer, and
WHEREAS, The declaration of restrictions are part of the
deed restrictions, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission has approved the final plat
for Durhamswood subdlvision in #P.C. 51-86.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED That the Plan Commission approve
the subdividers agreement subject to the receipt of the I$ plan
review fee, the approval of the city engineers and $3,400 in lieu
e of park dedication.
