ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL OP SECO~. GARAGE STRUCTURE ROBERT WEBSTER
WHEREAS, Robert Webster, W180 S8140 Pioneer Drive has
requested permission to construct a 10' x 14' storage structure
with a height of 8'6" on his property, and
WHEREAS, The applicant has submitted construction plans for
the storage structure, and
WHEREAS, It does not appear that such garage would have a
substantial adverse affect on the property value or reasonable
enjoyment of the surrounding properties in the RS2 District.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego Architectural Control Board, does hereby approve
the request of Robert Webster for a 10' x 14' storage structure
with a height of 8!6!' at W180 58140 Pioneer Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the structure should maintain
a minimum 15' offset from the north property line and shall
maintain a minimum 10' distance from the primary substantial
structure as per zone district requirements.
