ALLEN C. SPITZNW
WHEREAS, Allen 6. Spitzner, W199 Sa404 Woods Road has
requested permission to construct a 70' x 40' accessory structure
(pole type construction) on the property, and
WHEREAS, The property is in excess of 120,000 square feet,
and
WHEREAS, The total floor area of all out buildings does not
exceed I$ of the lot area, and
WHEREAS, the setbacks for the structure maintain the
setbacks required for the zoned district, and
WHEREAS, The applicant has submitted design plans for the
structure
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego Architectural Control Board does hereby approve
the request of Allen C. Spitzner to construct a 30' x 40'
accessory structure.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the height of this structure
shall not exceed 25' as per zoning ordinance regulations.
