REFERRING SKETCH TO CITY PLAN CONSULTANT FOR REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION-PARCELS 1,2,4 NE 114 SECTION 11
WBEREAS, The Plan Commission has received a sketch for an
18 lot subdivision, and
WHEREAS, This is a redivision of parcels 1,2, and 4 in the
NE 1/4 of Section 11, and
WHEREAS, This division encompasses parcels 1,2 and 4 that
were restricted from future development in #P.C. 142-83, and
WHEREAS, The proposed sketch shows a 60 foot road
dedication extending 667 feet from Durham Drive, and
WHEREAS, The city would have to be assured that this
development would be designed properly before removing the deed
restrictions.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission refer
the sketch to Planner Mangiamele for review and report.
