D & A FIREWORKS COMPANY
WHEREAS, Donald Beuthin of D & A Fireworks Company has
petitioned to allow an 8' x 12' temporary fireworks stand and for
four (4) plastic 2' x 3' signs one to be placed on each of the
four sides of the stand, and
WHEREAS, The stand shall be located on the parking lot of
Horizon Savings & Loan, and
WHEREAS, The structure shall be located on the site
beginning May 23, 1986 through July 7, 1986 and the time of
operation would be from 9:OOA.M. to 9:00P.M., seven days a week.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission does
hereby approve the signage
approve/disapprove
and temporary fireworks stand to be located at the parking lot of
Horizon Savings & Loan.
