APPROVE/DISAPPROVE TEMPORARY SIGNAGE AND FIREVORKS STAND
RESOLUTION #P.C. 70-86
D & A FIREWORKS COMPANY
WHEREAS, Donald Beuthin of D & A Fireworks Company has
petitioned to allow an 8' x 12' temporary fireworks stand and for
four (4) plastic 2' x 3' signs one to be placed on each of the
four sides of the stand, and
WHEREAS, The stand shall be located on the parking lot of
the Sentry Food Store, and
WHEREAS, The structure shall be located on the site
beginning May 23, 1986 through July 7, 1986 and the time of
operation would be from 9:OOA.M. to 9:00P.M., seven days a week.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission does
hereby approve the signage and
approve/disapprove
temporary fireworks stand to be located at the parking lot of
Sentry Food Store.
