APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR DIVISION OF LAND
RESOLUTION #P.C. 69-86
IN THE SE 114 SECTION 10 - CRIMSON MEADOWS
WBEREAS, A sketch of nine lots has been submitted, and
WHEREAS, This is in the RS3 zoning requiring 15,000 square
foot lots, and
WHEREAS, It is proposed to sewer these lots by extending
the sewer along the rear of the lots, and
WHEREAS, All the lots meet the minimum requirement of the
RS3 zoning with the exception of lot one which requires 10
additional feet of width.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the sketch subject to the revision of the plot to include 110
feet average width on lot one.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval is subject to
sewer committee granting extension of the sewer main.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a 40'road dedication be
indicated along easement from west property line of lot 8.
