RECOMMENDATION TO THE COMMON COUNCIL APPROVING
RESOLUTION #P.C. 67-86
MENDING THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP
WHEREAS, The city has received a petition to rezone a lot
at Pt. lot 2 and lot 3 block 2, Hillview Farm plat pt n1/2 NE 114
Section 8 T5N R2OE addressed as W191 S7156 Luehring Drive,
Muskego, and
WHEREAS, The petitioner is requesting to use her residence
to do dog grooming, and.
WHEREAS, She is intending to groom at the most three dogs
per week, and
WHEREAS, The public hearing date is scheduled for June 24,
1986 before the Common Council.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
recommend to the Common Council to amend the district map from
RS3-OLS to RS3-OOS-OLS.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission would be
receptive to a deed restriction being placed by the owner of this
property to limit the use of this property as described above.
