WEREAS, Alvin J. Schramm, W175 '37201 Lake Drive has
requested permission to construct a 24' x28' second garage
structure on his property, and
WHEREAS, It does not appear that such garage would have a
substantial adverse affect on the property value or reasonable
enjoyment of the surrounding properties in this RS3-OLS District,
and
WHEREAS, The garage structure meets all of the setbacks for
the RS3-OLS District, and
WHEREAS, The applicant has submitted construction plans for
the structure, and
WHEREAS, the garage area shall not exceed 720 square feet
in size and 15' in height.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego Architectural Control Board, does herby approve
the request of Alvin J. Schramm for a 24' x 28', and not more
than 15' in height, unattached, second garage structure at W175
S7201 Lake Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the architectural design and
use of this second garage shall be compatible with the
residential neighborhood.
