RESOLUTION #P.C. 65-86
APPROVAL OF SIGN FOR LINCOLN STATE BANK
WHEREAS, Poblocki & Sons have requested permission to
install an 18' high free standing illuminated sign a portion
containing an electronic message center, and
WHEREAS, The total square footage of the sign shall not
exceed 102.5 square feet, and
WHEREAS, the location of the sign shall be setback 61' from
the center line of Janesville Road, and
WHEREAS, The signage does meet the requirements for the
zoriirlg district.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the 18' high free standing illuminated sign at 13500 Janesville
Road.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That if the electronic message
should create a safety problem in the future that the bank would
have to restrict the messages to time of day and temperature.
