APPROVAL OF EXPANSION OF CONDITIONAL USE GRANT #94 INGERSOLL CABLE CORPORATION
RESOLUTION #P.C. 64-86
WHEREAS, The Ingersoll Cable Corporation has submitted a
site and operational plan for the property located at S66 W14429
Janesville Road, and
WHEREAS, The applicant proposes to expand the use of that
property to include cable TV offices, sales of garden tractors,
video equipment and cable equipment, and
WHEREAS, Construction plans have been submitted showing
provisions for offices to provide for these activities, and
WHEREAS, The expanded use of this property shall not
adversely affect surrounding properties and shall maintain the
character of the area.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the expansion of the conditional use.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the property shall not be used
for outdoor storage of any of the expanded use, products or
materials.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That Ingersoll Cable Corporation be
permitted to display garden tractors and related materials
outside during normal business hours.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the conditional uses for this
grant be incorporated.
