APPROVAL OF BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION PIAN
RICHARDS MEATS INC.
WHEREAS, It is proposed to construct a 60' X 160' building
in the Tess Corners industrial park, and
WHEREAS, This is to be a pole building constructed in the
southwest corner on an existing lot, and
WHEREAS, This building will be sewered throught an easement
to College Court.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the building, site and operation plan.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval does not cover
the sign nor its location which must be submitted at a later
date.
