SERVE THE WATER TOWER IN THE INDUSTRIAL PARK
RESOLUTION #P.C. 58-86
WHEREAS, It is proposed to approve an easement on city
owned property to serve the water tower in the industrial park.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the easement for the electric company to provide electricity to
the newly constructed water tower on the city owned property in
the SE corner of the NE 1/4 of Section 17.
