APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION - ANDERSON
WHEREAS, It is proposed to divide a lot at S70 W13108 Woods
Road in the SE 1/4 of Section 1 into three separate parcels, and
WHEREAS, This parcel has an existing dwelling on the lot,
and
WHEREAS, One lot will not meet the zoning regulations for
this RS2 district because it requires 110 feet average width and
one of the parcels will have an average width of 105.5 feet, and
WHEREAS, The back lot will abut Woods Road with a 30 foot
strip or land along the east boundary of the division.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the sketch as submitted and will be receptive to a certified
survey map finalizing the three parcel division and grant a
variance of 4.5 feet in width.
