APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION - REIMER
WHEREAS, It is proposed to divide a lot at W195 S7234
Hillendale Drive into two lots, and
WHEREAS, There is an existing residence on the lot, and
WHEREAS, The proposed division will create a second
buildable lot in this RS2 district, and
WHEREAS, Sewer is available to this property.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the sketch as submitted and will be receptive to a certified
survey plat to finalize the division of this lot in the NW 114 of
Section 8 with the certified survey map to incorporate the
easement for the existing sewer lateral.
