@WRN%EY MEADOWS ADDITION I1 - JAGODZENSKI
WHEREAS, Mr. Jagodzenski proposes to construct a berm along
with other assorted trees and shrubs in the landscape buffer area
in Guernsey Meadows Addition #1, and
WHEREAS, He has constructed a house on Lot 89 in said
subdivision, and
WHEREAS, It is his desire to construct said berm and
landscape because it would benefit his property, and
WHEREAS, It will not interfere with the existing
landscaping previously approved by the Plan Commission.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve 0 the berm along with the additional trees and shrubs in the buffer
area.
