APPROVAL FREE STANDING SIGN
PRAISE FELLOWSHIP
WHEREAS, It is proposed to erect a sign for Praise
Fellowship on the corner of Racine Avenue and Parker Road, and
WHEREAS, This sign will replace a previously existing sign
where the Denoon Senior Center sign was located, and
WHEREAS, This sign is an illuminated 32 square foot sign.
and
WHEREAS, This sign meets the requirements of the zoning
ordinance.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the illuminated 32 square foot sign to be located’at the same
location as the Denoon Senior Center sign.
