APPROVAL OF SUBDIVIDERS AGREEMENT
AUD MAR ESTATES
WHEREAS, The Subdividers Agreement has been submitted by
Robert Klenz, developer, and
WHEREAS, The plan for all improvements has been submitted,
and
WHEREAS, The declaration of restrictions are part of the
deed restrictions, and
WHEREAS, In Resolution #P.C. 133-85 the Plan Commission
required that a cul de sac or turn around be provided at the west
end of the development, and
WHEREAS, The proposed roadway does not show a cul de sac or
turn around.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the developers agreement subject to resubmittal of the road plan
showing a turn around at the west end of the development.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval is subject to
the receipt of the plan review fee of $490.00 (lX), the approval
of the city engineers and $2,600 in lieu of park dedication.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this resolution is subiect to
addressing the concerns of the Plan Commission and recommended
amendments in the City Attorney's letter dated April 30, 1986 by
the Common Council.
