RESOLUTION #P.C. 51-86
APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT - DURHAMSWOOD
WHEREAS, A final plat has been submitted for a 17 lot
subdivision in the NE 1/4 of Section 11, and
WHEREAS, A previously submitted preliminary plat for the
Durhamswood subdivision was approved in Resolution BP. C. 26-86,
and
WHEREAS, The lots conform to the preliminary plat.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the final plat.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval is subject to
the city engineers approval, $3,400 in lieu of park dedication,
the 1% plan review fee for the cost of the required improvements
and contingent upon the amended subdividers agreement.
