APPROVAL OF LANDSCAPE PLAN - DONALD h AMY STUCKART
WHEREAS, It is proposed to construct a single family home
on lot 123 in Lake Meadows which abuts Denoon Park, and
WHEREAS, The Developer's Agreement requires landscape Plans
to be submitted to the Plan Commission and approved prior to the
issuing of a permit, and
WHEREAS, The permit was applied for on April 10. 1986, and
WHEREAS, It is proposed to add a patio to the rear of the
house, shrubbery at the front corners of the house, three trees
to the front and three trees to the rear of the lot.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the landscape plan as submitted.
