RESOLUTION ?P.C. 49-86
APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP FOR REDIVISION OF PARCEL #4
OF A PART OF SE 114 OF THE NW 114 AND THE NE 114 OF THE SW 114 OF SECTION 15 - VERBURGHT
WHEREAS, It is proposed to divide parcel four on the
certified survey map approved in #P.C. 45-86, and
WHEREAS. The proposed lots conform to the RS3-OLS district,
and
WHEREAS, There is an existing dwelling on each of these
lots.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the four lot division on parcel four of the certified survey map e approved in #P.C. 45-86.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval is subject to
the receipt of the $75.00 submittal fee, the approval of the city
engineers, and park dedication fees for each lot contingent upon
what the Common Council approves regarding this matter.
