RESOLUTION #P.C. 46-86
APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SORVEY MAP FOR REDIVISION OF PARCEL 61
OF A PART OF SE 114 OF THE NU 114 AND THE NE 114 OF
THE SW 114 OF SECTION 15 - VERBURGHT
WHEREAS, It is proposed to redivide parcel one of the
certified survey map approved in #P.C. 45-86, and
WHEREAS, Both lots meet the requirements of the RS3-OLS
district and the preliminary sketch approved with Resolution
IIP.C. 28-86.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the two parcel division of Parcel /I1 of the certified survey map
approved in //P.C. 45-86.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval is contingent
subject to evidence being submitted showing ownership of the land
to the north which is part of lot being acquired.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval is sub.iect to
the receipt of the $75.00 submittal fee, the approval of the city
engineers and park dedication fees contingent upon what the
Common Council approves regarding this matter.
