SE 114 OF THE NW 114 AND THE NE 114 OF THE SW 114
APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP OF THE
OF SECTION 15 - VERBURGW
WHEREAS. The City has received a certified survey map for
the land division of the Verburght property in Section 15 and
where now it is proposed to divide the property into four
separate parcels that conform to the previous preliminary sketch.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the four parcel division in the NW and SW 1/4 of Section 15 and
recommend approval to the Common Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, This approval is subject
resolving the road access to the A1 Cozington property
David Ladwig triangle as discussed by the Plan Commiss

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval is subject to
the receipt of the $75.00 submittal fee and the approval of the
city engineers, and park dedication fees for each lot contingent
upon what the Common Council approves regarding this matter.
