MOTHER-IN-LAW UNIT - FLANNICK
W#Ef(EA$, The City has received a proposal for a conditional
use grant that would permit a two family residence (mother-in-law
unit) in accordance with Section 8.01 97) C 10, and
WHEREAS, The proposed unit meets the requirements of the
ordinance, and
WHEREAS, It is proposed to remodel an existing attached
garage for this purpose and to construct a new 25' X 24'
additional garage structure.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the conversion of an existing attached garage into a mother-in-
law unit and grant the addition for a 25' X 24' garage.
