NE 114 OF SECTION 11 - KURER
WHEREAS, It is proposed to divide Parcel 114 into six (6)
lots, and
WHEREAS, The proposed road does not meet the minimum
requirements of the city street standards, and
WHEREAS, the certified survey map !I4616 that created Parcel
#4 states on the face, "there shall be no further division of
Parcels 1 , 2 or 4".
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the proposed sketch be
denied by the Plan Commission.
