LOCATED AT S68 W18725 GOLD DRIVE
RESOLUTION 8P.C. 42-86
WHEREAS, It is proposed to divide the lot located at S68
W18725 Gold Drive in the unrecorded Lembezeder Grove into two
lots, and
WHEREAS, The lot is now in the RS3-OLS district, and
WHEREAS, One lot will remain in the RS3-OLS district and
the other lot will be in the RS3-OED district and both will
conform to the minimum requirements of these districts. and
WHEREAS, Both lots will be accessible to the city street by
at least 30 feet.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the sketch for division of the lot located at S68 W18725 Gold
Drive in the unrecorded Lembezeder Grove.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval is subject to
the submittal of a certified survey map along with the $75.00
submittal fee and $200.00 in lieu of park dedication.
