APPROVAL OF LAND DIVISION FOR THREE PARCELS OF LAND
IN THE SE 114 OF SECTION 2 - JAMES WALSH
WHEREAS. It is proposed to divide three (3) lots in the SE
1 /4 of Section 2 on Gaulke Drive, and
WHEREAS, This property is sewered by municipal sanitary
sewers, and
WHEREAS, These lots conform to the RS2 distr
they are located, and
WHEREAS, These lots are located in the flood
ict in which
plain as
described by HUD and must meet the city requirements of Chapter
14 of the municipal code and any DNR regulations before
constructing a dwelling on said lots.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the division subject to any improvements needed to meet the local
and DNR requirements.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission would be
receptive to receipt of a certified survey map to fina
division along with a $75.00 submittal fee and $400.00
lieu of park dedication.
