WHEREAS, It is proposed to extend the floral business to
the retail sales of swimming pool and spa designs. chemicals and
related supplies for said pools and spas, and
WHEREAS, The added use is to be on a small scale and does
not require any additional buildings or change in the site plan,
signs, and parking
