AMENDED
APPROVAL OF LAND DIVISION SKETCH
RICHARD ZACH PROPERTY
WHEREAS, It is proposed to develop an additional four (4)
lots in the SE 1/4 of section 5, and
WHEREAS, This sketch conforms to a previous sketch approved
in Resolution #P.C. 127-78, adopted August 15. 1978, and
WHEREAS. That sketch proposed an extension of Tans Drive
through this property, and
WHEREAS, The sewer committee must approve extensions of
sanitary sewer mains.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the sketch and will be receptive to a certified survey plat that
will conform to Chapter 236 of the state statutes.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission would be
receptive to receipt of a certified survey map to finalize this
division along with a $75.00 submittal fee and $600.00 in lieu of
park dedication.
