APPROVAL OF AMENDED BUILDING SITE AND OPERATION PLAN
FOR THE MAX MOLLGAARD PROPERTY LOCATED AT
W146 S6450 TESS CORNERS DRIVE
WHEREAS, It is proposed to construct a 90' X 70' addition
to an existing building located at W146 S6450 Tess Corners Drive
in the NE 114 of Section 2.
WHEREAS, this addition is located in the rear of the
existing building, and
WHEREAS, this additional square footage will be used as a
rental unit, and
WHEREAS, an Occupancy Certificate will be required prior to
occupying the rental unit and will conform to the regulations of
the 1-1 zoning district and the state administrative code.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
to amend the building site and operational plan for the Max
Mollgaard property and permit the construction of the 90' X 70'
addition to an existing building.
