APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION
OF THE FRANK NARLOCK PROPERTY IN THE NW 114 SECTION 8
WHEREAS, The sketch has been submitted showing an eleven
(11) lot division on the north side of Hillendale Drive in the NW
1/4 of Section 8. and
WHEREAS, In Resolution flP.C.4-86 the Plan Commission
approved a 200 foot strip on the north side of Hillendale Drive
located out of the wetland, and
WHEREAS, The proposed land division shows the lots to be
within this 200 feet, and
WHEREAS, a previous preliminary plat on the south side of
Hillendale Drive was approved in 1972.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the sketch for the 11 lot division on the north side of
Hillendale Drive in the NW 1/4 of Section 8.
