APPROVAL OF THE MUSKEG0 VOLUNTEER FIRE CO.
STATION #l SIGNAGE (CONDITIONAL)
WHEREAS, The City Plan Commission must approve all signs
under building, site and operation plan approval, and
WHEREAS, This sign is located between the base setback line
and the existing street right of way in violation of Section 5.02
0.
WHEREAS, The sign is architecturally acceptable and meets
the requirements of the code other than the setback, and
WHEREAS, The location of the sign does inform people of
possible dangers associated with emergency vehicles entering the
roadway and could be a basis for a hardship.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the sign and recognize that a variance must be granted by the
Board of Appeals for the sign to be located in its present
locat ion.
