RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF REZONING IN THE
NE AND NW 114 OF SECTION 10 FROM RS2-OHS TO B-2
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission has recommended approval for
rezoning from RS2-OHS to E-2 for the business operation of
Muskego Marine, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission in considering the change to
8-2 for Resolution #P.C. 20-86 reviewed the properties in the OHS
zoning and found it adviseable to request the Common Council to
change the entire RS2-OHS district to a B-2 district, and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
recommend to the Common Council that the following described
properties be rezoned from RS2-OHS to B-2:
S73 W16437 Janesville Road, S72 W16373 Janesville Road
S73 W16485 Janesville Road, and S73 W16511 Janesville
Road and that property located in Pt. of the SE 1/4
of the NW 1/4 of Sec. 10 T5N R20E Corn NE Corn S 1255.6
