PCR1986031APPROVAL FOR BERM AND ADDITIONAL LANDSCAPING
IN GUERNSEY MEADOWS ADDITION #1
RESOLUTION #P.C. 31-86
WHEREAS. Roger Lynch proposes to construct a berm along
with other assorted trees and shrubs in the landscape buffer area
in Guernsey Meadows Addition #l, and
WHEREAS, He has constructed a house on Lot 88 in said
subdivision, and
WHEREAS, It is his desire to construct said berm and
landscape because it would benefit his property, and
WHEREAS, It will not interfere with the existing
landscaping previously approved by the Plan Commission.
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the berm along with the additional trees and shrubs in the buffer
area.
