APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR BUILDING SITE
AND OPERATION PLAN - NEW BERLIN COMPANY
WHEREAS, It is proposed to construct a 120' by 180'
building on Lots 4 and 5 in the Industrial Park for the New
Berlin Company and
WHEREAS, The building conforms to the Regulations of the
Muskego Business Industrial Park and,
WHEREAS, A detailed landscape plan will be submitted at a
later date.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the sketch for the building site and operation plan for the New
Berlin Company on Apollo Drive with the exception of the
landscape plan which will be submitted at a later date.
