APPROVAL OF FLAT WALL SIGN FOR SCHAAL SMALL ENGINE REPAIR AMENDED
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission received a request for
approval of a flat wall sign located on a building addressed at
S76 W18149 Janesville Road and
WHEREAS, This building is located in an RS3-OOS district
and
WHEREAS, The non-illuminated sign is 2' by 3' and is less
than 3% of the wall
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
a 6 square foot sign located at Schaal's Small Engine Repair
building located at S76 W18149 Janesville Road.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
two signs, one at l'by 4' and one at 2' by 3' for a total of 10
square feet to be placed on the building located at S76 W18149
Janesville Road - Schaal's Small Engine Repair.
