APPROVAL OF REVISED SKETCH
BAY POINT SUBDIVISION
(VERBURGT)
WHEREAS, A revised sketch has been submitted by Joseph S.
Kroeninger. surveyor, and
WHEREAS, This sketch shows a proposed 14 lot division with
four substandard lots, and
WHEREAS, Approval of the original sketch was granted by the
Plan Commission on October 1, 1984, and this is a revision of
that sketch.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the sketch for the 14 lot
division of the property known as Bay Point Subdivision.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission would be
receptive to certified survey maps, and approval would be subject
to the approval of the City Engineers and payment of the
necessary fees.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, This approval is sub.ject to
resolving the road access to the A1 Cozington property and the
David Ladwig triangle as discussed by the Plan Commmission.
