RESOLUTION #P.C. 26-86
APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
DURHAMSWOOD SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS. A preliminary plat dated March 10, 1986. has been
submitted by Stanley J. Potrykus for a 73 lot subdivision known
as Durhamswood Subdivision, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission has approved a sketch for 72
lots on March 4, 1986, and
WHEREAS, The proposed lots meet the requirements of the RS-
2 district.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the Preliminary Plat of the
Durhamswood Subdivision, and recommends approval to the Common
Council, subject to receipt of favorable reports from all
approving and objecting agencies.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Plan commission of the
City of Muskego approve the lot layout and design only.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the portion of the parkway
from the Moreland Road extension south of Woods Road and
continuing to the southern boundary of Durhamswood Subdivision be
removed from the City Highway Width Map.
