APPROVAL OF SKETCH
NANCY LINDSEY JANUS2
WHEREAS. A sketch has been submitted by Nancy Lindsey
Janusz of a one parcel divsion for the property located in the SE
114 of Section 10, and
WHEREAS, This lot meets the requirements in this RS-2
district.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the sketch for a one parcel
division of the Nancy Lindsey Janusz property located in the SE
114 of Section 10.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission would be
receptive to receipt of a certified survey map to finalize this
division along with a $75.00 submittal fee and $200.00 fee in
lieu of park dedication.
