RECOMMENDATION TO AMEND SEWRPC REPORT
ON SANITARY SEWER SERVICE AREA
WHEREAS, It is proposed to amend the SEWRPC Community
Assistance Planning Report No. 64, and
WHEREAS, This amendment deletes lands in Section 3, 4 and
Section 13 the annex portion of Vernon, and
WHEREAS, It is proposed by SEWRPC to include in the sewer
service area the Waste Management of Wisconsin Muskego Landfill
and Metro Landfill located in the City of Franklin.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission adopt
the amendment of report No. 64 as recommended by SEWRPC and
recommends adoption by the Common Council.
