APPROVAL OF SKETCH
MASCH-MANN PROPERTY
WHEREAS, It is proposed to subdivide a 49 acre parcel into
a total of 72 lots located in the NE 1/4 of Section 11, and
WHEREAS, Phase one of four phases was reviewed by the Plan
Commission at their meeting on February 18, 1986, and
WHEREAS, This sketch meets the zoning in this RS-2
district.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission does
hereby approve the sketch of the 49 acre parcel of the Masch-Mann
property located in the NE 1/4 of Section 11. and would be
receptive to a preliminary plat.
