APPROVAL OF SKETCH
THOMAS CAMPBELL
WHEREAS, It is proposed to divide 120,000 square foot lot
from an existing 20 acre property in the northeast 114 of Section
35, with a tax key number of 2297.994. and
WHEREAS, This would meet the square foot requirements in
the Agricultural district, however it would be short 140 foot
average width, and
WHEREAS, The sites have been tested for a mounding system.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission be
receptive to a certified survey map for 120,000 square feet of
area and grant a variance of 140 feet average width.
