RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF REZONING FROM RS-2 OHS TO B-2
MUSKEGO MARINE
WHEREAS, Duaine Langfe
rezoning from RS-2 OHS to B2
business operation, and
ldt has submitted a petition for
, which would more relate to his
WHEREAS, He wishes to construct a building adjacent to a
residential district, and
WHEREAS, The OHS would require a 20 foot offset. and
WHEREAS, The B2 district would require a 10 foot offset,
and
WHEREAS, There are other businesses in this OHS zoning
district that would be more conforming to the B2 district.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
recommend to the Common Council that the entire OHS district be
rezoned to include the United Auto Body, Country Squire, and land
laying to the west up to Belview Drive.
