APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP GERALD J. AND RICHARD A. JANSEN
WHEREAS. A certified survey map prepared by Gerald E.
Casey. Land Surveyor. dated January 21, 1986, has been submitted
to finalize a one parcel division of the property located in the
NE 114 of Section 13, and
district requiring 175' average width and 60,000 sq. feet, and
the division of the property for the proposed use which is to
WHEREAS, This lot meets the requirement in this zoned R-2
WHEREAS, Section 2.6 permits the Plan Commission to approve
stable horses. and
WHEREAS, The approval will be subject to a 60' road
reservation for futu;; extension of Acker Drive, and
Commission on December 3, 1986.
City of Muskego. does hereby approve the certified survey map for
a one parcel division of the property located in the NE 1/4 of
Section 13.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval is subject to a
$75.00 submittal fee and $200.00 in lieu of park dedication, and
approval of the City Engineers.
WHEREAS, Approval of the sketch was granted by the Plan
