DETERMINATION OF LOCATION OF ZONING DISTRICT BOUNDARY LINES
LEARNED REZONING
WHEREAS. The Plan Commission at their meeting of January
21 1986, recommended to the Common Council that the rezoning of
the Learned property be rezoned from EA to EA-OOS. and
WHEREAS, The City is questioning the zoning district of
this property, and
WHEREAS, This property could encompass three different
zoning districts. and
WHEREAS. Section 3.04 (4) states the Plan Commission should
interpret the map according to reasonable intent of the
ordinance. and
WHEREAS, The City Attorney says this must be done by
resolution.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED. That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego place the location properly in the Exclusive
Agricultural district.
