BE IT
to the rece
WHEREAS, A certified survey map prepared by John F. Degen,
has been submitted for a two parcel division of the Loris and
Agnes Roed property located in part of the NE 114 and part of the
SE 114 of Section 18, Town of Norway, and
WHEREAS, This property is located in the extraterritorial
jurisdiction of the City of Muskego. and
WHEREAS, Each lot will have 100 feet of frontage on Loomis
Road.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the certified survey map to
finalize a two parcel division of the Loris and Agnes Roed
property located in part of the NE 114 and part of the SE 114 of
Town of Norway, and recommends approval to the Common
FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval is subject
ipt of the $75.00 submittal fee.
